Pilates & Co lead us in an all-levels group reformer. A dynamic mix of movement, strength and flow – with the flexibility to dial it back or level it up, your call.

• The plan: Meet at Pilates & Co at 4:45pm to check in for class at 5:00pm. After 50 minutes, head to FISHBOWL Burleigh Heads to (re)fuel together.
