The Jungle Body brings high-energy cardio, strength and conditioning together with bangin’ beats with their dance fitness class. Zero dance experience required — just turn up ready for a morning groove.

Meeting time: 5:50pm | Class at 6:00pm
The plan: Meet at The Jungle Body at 5:50pm to check in for class at 6:00pm. Once you've danced it out, head to FISHBOWL Newtown to (re)fuel together.
