This is Yoga leads us in a Vinyasa flow in a studio gently warmed to 25–28°C. Sun salutations, breath linked to movement, deep relaxation to close it out. Move at your own pace.

The plan: Meet at This Is Yoga at 10:15am to check in for class at 10:30am. After 60 minutes on the mat, head to FISHBOWL Rozelle to (re)fuel together.
