GOLD n Kids
Grandparents and the grandkids alikeĀ will have a ball at a 2 Bent Rods Fish Wiseā¢ activity.
Learning allĀ the basics of fishing including bait gathering, how to tie fishing knots, bait hooks andĀ cast a fishing rod.
Finding out about the dfferent rules for different species, how to identify your catch etc.
Participants will be givenĀ plenty of tips to make their next fishing trip more successful.
All fishing equipment and bait are supplied.Ā
Bookings are essential.
2 Bent Rods staff have Blue Cards for working with children and have an abundance of patience.
This activity is for an adult and child or children.
We understand not everyone is fortunate to have theirĀ grandparents close by so a parent, aunty, uncle, etc is more than welcome.
We recommend you bring a hat, water bottle, sunscreen and wear clothes that can get wet.
This activity has been funded by Brisbane City Council as part of their Active and Healthy Program. Gold n Kids.
