Fishing for seniors - (no children please)
Beginner or come along for a refresher.

Meet like minded people in your area. Find out about some of your local fishing spots etc.,

Learning all the basics of fishing including how to tie fishing knots, bait hooks and cast a fishing rod.
Find out about the different rules for different species, how to identify your catch etc.

Participants will be given plenty of tips to make their next fishing trip more successful.

All fishing equipment and bait are supplied. 

Bookings are essential.

We recommend you bring a hat, water bottle, sunscreen and wear clothes that can get wet.

This activity has been funded by Brisbane City Council as part of their Active and Healthy Program. GOLD is for seniors.
