Fishing with an NPWS Ranger: tips and prizes
Description
Murray River National Park covers more than 14,000 hectares of land comprising a vast network of wetlands, floodplains and creeks. Throughout the park, along the Murray River and Katarapko Creek, are popular fishing spots. You can catch native species like golden perch and yabbies, or the European carp.
On Saturday the 11th of April, join NPWS Riverland Rangers for a full day of fishing in this beautiful location. If your new to fishing, learn the tips and tricks developed from years of experience fishing in this area. If you're a fishing expert, just come and join in the fun!
There will be prizes to be won, as well as lunch provided.
We will have some supplies on hand so don't worry if you run out of anything.
