THE CHALLENGE

Each participant will receive a Fit23 Card. Your challenge is to attain 23 x Fit Stamps within the 8 Week Challenge.

HOW? You can gain fit stamps by attending any of our group fitness classes (that's an average of 2-3 per week). There will be double stamp classes and other mini-challenge opportunities for you to gain extra stamps.

WHAT YOU GET?

Register and you will receive a weekly newsletter with health and wellness tips and bonus challenges, plus you can join the Fit23 Facebook Group so we can help motivate each other!

Complete your Fit23 card and receive an exclusive FIT23 Tank Top or T-Shirt. PLUS you will go in the draw to win a 3 month membership AND a PT Program Package.

We will finish off the challenge with a End of Challenge Party where you will receive your shirt and we will draw the winner of the membership! (Details to be advised).

FIT23 CARDS

Your Fit Cards will be issued to you during the first week of the challenge. Only fitness instructors and staff members can stamp your cards when you have earned Fit Points by participating in a class or bonus challenge.
