Looking for an energising way to start the day?

Join the fitandhappy team for a special women-only session all about fresh air, friendship, and feeling good! We provide a supportive, non-competitive space for women of all ages, shapes, and fitness levels to get active together.

Led by expert female personal trainers, this 45-minute session focuses on functional strength, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness. We specialise in female-specific coaching - including peri- and menopause-friendly adaptations - so you’ll always be in safe hands, regardless of where you are on your fitness journey.

Whether you're a seasoned regular or haven't exercised in years, you’ll find a welcoming atmosphere and a workout that works for your body. There’s no military-style shouting here—just a good laugh, a vibrant community, and a natural energy boost. Soak up the seaside festival spirit and leave feeling stronger, happier, and ready to enjoy the rest of the festivities!

Come for the workout, stay for the community—and maybe a post-class coffee on the prom.
