Join Us for a Fun and Inclusive Fitness Session!

Location: Be Athletic Sydney, Basement Level, 28 Margaret St, Sydney
(Just a short walk from Wynyard Station)

Come along for a movement-based class designed especially for the Down Syndrome NSW Community, with a focus on fun and fitness! The session will include bodyweight exercises, rowing, and light kettlebell or dumbbell work—no experience needed.

While participants enjoy the class, parent and carers can relax with a cup of tea or coffee.

Spots are limited to 30 participants—don’t miss out!

Everyone Attending Must Be a DSNSW Member
