Fitness Workshop: Nutrition 101 Without the Noise
Description
This event is for transgender, gender diverse, and non-binary people age 18+
This is workshop #1 in a series of 5 Fitness Workshops designed for the trans community.
The Fitness Workshops series covers things the trans community actually wants from movement, body autonomy, navigating gym spaces, HRT and training, mental health and resilience, and building sustainable fitness habits for the long term.
You are welcome to book as many workshops in this series as you like. No need to attend all of them. Choose the ones that you want.
Fitness Workshop 1: Nutrition 101 Without the Noise
Nutrition advice is everywhere and most of it isn't built for you. Generic macros, diet culture rules, and influencers who've never had to think about how HRT, surgery recovery, or disordered eating history change the picture.
We aren’t here to tell you what your goals are. We are here to help you shift through the noise.
This workshop strips nutrition back to what actually matters: eating enough, eating in alignment with you, and building a relationship with food that supports training and transition, not one that fights against it.
No calorie-shaming, no wellness-industry nonsense, just practical every day nutrition literacy for you to make decisions for yourself.
Folks are encouraged to judge their own capacity in this space and decide if this is for them.
