    Would you like to learn how to deal with stress? Would you like to learn how to take responsibility for your own wellbeing and build the competence to face adversity and deal with times of rapid change? In just one session we will teach you a variety of empowering tools to help you thrive through change.

    • Learn to become a less stressed, more resilient happier you 
    • Increase your focus and attention 
    • Improve the quality of your sleep 
    • Improve relationships and teamwork 
    • Improve memory and emotional regulation

    Meet Alison Hutchens

    Alison is a former Senior Executive with over 25 years of global IT corporate experience. She is an accredited and highly experienced Mindfulness Facilitator and a Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessor and a London Coaching Academy Certified Professional Coach. She is also a Mental Health First Aid Facilitator/Trainer. She runs evidence-based training and keynote presentations addressing the wellbeing needs of modern-day corporates. Her own children's "Zen Warrior" Mindfulness Program is featured on Qantas in-flight entertainment via Kinderling Kid's Radio in Australia.
