Description

Fitter Together is a 4-week health program leading up to summer, designed to make fitness goals achievable and sustainable for everyone. Together we will build healthier habits, focusing on daily actively, nutrition, recovery and wellbeing. The program includes:

  • An accountability booklet to help you keep track
  • A Monday evening check in and catch up
  • A Sunday morning group exercise session held at the Kingston Park outdoor exercise space
  • Access to a closed Facebook group with weekly blogs

The $40 fee is inclusive of all sessions and support. Check in session Mondays 5.30-6.30pm and Exercise sessions Sundays 8am-9am.
