Fitter Together is a 4-week health program designed to make fitness goals achievable and sustainable for everyone. Together we will build healthier habits, focusing on daily actively, nutrition, recovery and wellbeing. The program includes:

An accountability booklet to help you keep track
A Monday evening check in and catch up
A Sunday morning group exercise session held at the Kingston Park outdoor exercise space
Access to a closed Facebook group with weekly blogs

The $40 fee is inclusive of all sessions and support. Check in session Mondays 5.30-6.30pm and Exercise sessions Sundays 8am-9am.

Check in dates are: Mondays 17, 24, 31 March and 7 April.

Exercise dates are: Sundays 23, 30 March and 6, 13 April.
