Calling all stallholders, be a part of the Fitzy Festivities Christmas Market!

Stalls to be open 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Vendor to supply everything required for their stall (tables, chairs etc.) which will be set up on outdoors verandahs - No gazebos

Limited tables available for hire in emergency situation for a fee.

No trash & treasure stalls please. All food or drink for sale MUST be approved prior to the event by Ravensthorpe CRC.

Market Stall Terms and Conditions:

Stall holders must hold their own insurance and participate at their own risk.
It is the responsibility of the stallholder to ensure they comply with any necessary health and safety legislation.
All equipment brought onto the site is the sole responsibility of the stallholder.
Bays will be allocated by the event organisers.
No stalls on the grass for this event.
No gazebos permitted on the verandahs.
All stalls to be set up by 1:45pm and remain in place until at least 5pm.
No food or drink for sale unless prior approval is granted from Ravensthorpe CRC.
There is limited access to mains electricity - please advise any needs at time of application.
All stall holders must ensure their bay is free from litter and that all rubbish is removed and/or disposed of into approved bins.
