Fitzy Festivities Christmas Market

Calling all stallholders, be a part of the Fitzy Festivities Christmas Market!

Stalls to be open 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Vendor to supply everything required for their stall (tables, chairs etc.) which will be set up on outdoors verandahs - No gazebos

Limited tables available for hire in emergency situation for a fee.

No trash & treasure stalls please. All food or drink for sale MUST be approved prior to the event by Ravensthorpe CRC.

Market Stall Terms and Conditions:

• Stall holders must hold their own insurance and participate at their own risk.
• It is the responsibility of the stallholder to ensure they comply with any necessary health and safety legislation.
• All equipment brought onto the site is the sole responsibility of the stallholder.
• Bays will be allocated by the event organisers.
• No stalls on the grass for this event.
• No gazebos permitted on the verandahs.
• All stalls to be set up by 1:45pm and remain in place until at least 5pm. 
• No food or drink for sale unless prior approval is granted from Ravensthorpe CRC.
• There is limited access to mains electricity - please advise any needs at time of application.
• All stall holders must ensure their bay is free from litter and that all rubbish is removed and/or disposed of into approved bins.
