Everything in nature is made up of five elements: earth, water. fire, air. space. They reflect the whole of our existence and energy. The balance all of of these elements can bring us a sense of ease and well being. Through the breathwork practices I have carefully handpicked you will experience the deep connection with each of the elements.

You will be guided into a balance state of grace, harmony and peace.

Earth

This class is focus on a series of breathwork practices that are grounded and moving. We root down to mama earth while become more stable and centred with every breath we take. When balanced we experience unshakable certainty regardless of circumstances. We feel safe, adaptable and stable.

Water

The element of constant movement, change, healing and transformation. Element of emotions. Representing the second of our energy centre, when balance we experience the energy of abundance, clarity, vision and understanding of timing. Breathwork practices here will represent fluidity of your breath and effortless of your living.

Fire

Awaking, activating, channeling series in which energy is powerful and dominant. By balancing the fire element we develop a strong will power and follow through with any projects, & decisions. We take back our vitality, health and energy. We shine our inner light creating warmth and happiness.

Air

Air element is connected to our heart energy centre. In this practice we connect on the deepest possible level, finding love, compassion & kindness . Heart centred practice is warm, slow, devotional. When we balance our air element we transcend our fear and experience the authentic connection with Our true self. Breathwork is highly expansive, focused and you can hear a calling of your heart longing.

Ether

This practice will open the fullness of your being, Slowing your breath down, becoming transparent and opening you to a timeless Now is the focus of this practice.
