A flannel board adds pizzazz to any setting with young children. Learn how to make inexpensive flannel boards and felt pieces and to use felt pieces as visual representations for songs and rhymes, for telling stories and for playing games. Experience new ways to help children build literacy skills, math skills, language skills and even social/emotional skills. Discover how felt pieces can also be used to share child development tips with parents during family engagement programs.

Presented by Children's Librarian Dr. Betsy Diamant-Cohen, creator of the award-winning Mother Goose on the Loose® early literacy program, this engaging webinar was designed for anyone who works with young children: librarians, childcare providers, home daycare owners, early literacy specialists, parents, grandparents, preschool teachers, and anyone who is interested!

Includes recording access for 30 days.

Pricing:

  • Individual: $40 (includes live webinar and recording access for 30 days after the live event)
  • Group rates available for groups of 10 or more. Contact info@mgol.org for more information.
