Learn inspiring and fun choreographed dances that can be performed at events and on the street to bring life, joy and creative beauty where-ever we go.

In this full day retreat you will drop into your body and confidence through a series of activations such as ice bath, breathwork, cacao ceremony, quantum meditation and light language sound healing to connect with your body, your source energy and your creative inspiration.

These activations will prepare you for each dance session throughout the day so you can maximise your learning and expression.

In the dance session you will learn "This is Me" dance from the Greatest Showman, which includes choreography both slow and simple group moves as well as more developed upbeat dance moves. You will explore your own personal expression, group work and layers of timing and movement and finish with a learnt dance that is fun and beautiful to dance to and watch!

No experience needed, Natalee guides you through the movements in a way that feels natural for you so you can explore your inner dancer in a safe and comfortable space.

In this 8 hr day retreat experience you will enjoy:

✔️ Ice-bath and activating breath work, to generate energy into the power centre. Clear the body, mind, emotional and energy bodies, increase life-force energy and balance and optimise the bodies operating systems for better immune health, metabolic function, reproductive, digestion and integration of quantum self.

✔️ Learn "This is Me" Dance. Learn the choreography and your own personal dance style as part of a deeper dance immersion experience. This is me is an inspiring and powerful song that slowly builds and you will have the opportunity to learn and experience group choreography as well as individual upbeat moves.

✔️ Cacao Ceremony and Quantum Mediation. Awakening our deep relationship with Mother Earth and mother cacao a visionary journey connecting with the quantum self and the greater vision of the flash mob dance community to form a vibrational network anchoring the vision from quantum into reality.

✔️ Singing Light Language and Sound Healing Experience. A unique sound healing offering intentionally crafted to clear energy, restore natural vibration and awaken soul remembrance. Beautifully orchestrated sound backdrop of chakra crystal bowls, shamanic drumming, flute, kalimba, shakers, and more with coded singing bringing through light language activations, a mix between shamanic earth frequencies and high frequencies galactic codes.

"Flash Mob Dance Day Retreat yesterday was so incredible. Fully Stepped out of our comfort zones learning an entire hip hop/contemporary style dance to ‘A Sky Full Of Stars’ for the very first time. It was so cool, literally actually as we also did an ice bath immersion 5 mins x 3 times. Brrr I love the realisation of just how powerful our minds are when we decide to do something and put ourselves totally out of our comfort zones. We also got to do quantum breathwork and had the most incredible sound bath meditation with light language which was soooo beautiful and soothing to the mind, body and soul.Followed by an intention setting ‘Cocao Ceremony’ and tarot card pull! Natalee is an ex choreographer, teacher and performance dancer for events in NZ. Her dream is for life to be a musical.
No joke. To break out in song and dance in the street!

After a long break from teaching and now at home on the Sunshine Coast, the energy for this flash mob dance has been activated and inspired by the community and is here for us all!

Regular classes are held weekly during term with retreat's held for each dance learnt to have some fun and further embody the work as well as making it more accessible for more people to join the group dance.

As well as her transmissions of Light Language, Angelic Harmonies and Quantum Healing, Natalee works with the Chakra's, Quantum Human Design and the Metabolism to personalise and optimise energy for your unique energy blueprint.

A published writer, inspirational speaker, performer, coach and quantum healer, Natalee has activated hundreds of women through her transmissions, events, courses, books, meditations and coaching.

Natalee has studied breathwork, qi-gong, sound therapy, positive psychology specialising in leadership, quantum human design, nutritional therapy, personal training and metabolism optimisation while also immersing herself in many ancient and modern practices.
