Discover the joy of cooking and savoring these time-honored dishes passed down through generations. Each week there will be two different cooking classes for you to join. 

Specialty Store Tours: Get ready to see, touch, and learn about all the products we use in authentic Mexican cooking. Explore a treasure trove of ingredients such as rich, flavorful hot sauces, salsas bursting with freshness, authentic Mexican cheeses, seasonings, chillies, and meats. Touring these stores with someone who will tell you and then show you how we use these products in our cooking will be a game-changer for you in the kitchen. 

Cultural Exchanges through Storytelling: Dive into the history and cultural significance of each dish. I'll share stories of my indigenous ancestors and the culinary traditions that shaped my upbringing, providing a profound understanding of the connection between food and heritage.

• Tentative Class Times: Tuesdays and Saturdays (Note, days/times can be adjusted depending on the schedules of the majority of program participants.)

Flexible Schedule Option:
For FIFO workers or those on a rotating roster, we understand that committing to two classes per week might be challenging. You'll have the option to join more than two classes per week based on your schedule, ensuring flexibility in your culinary journey. 

Important Note: In the rare event we don't reach the minimum sign-up requirement, rest assured that any fees paid will be promptly refunded. However, given the incredible interest so far, it looks like we're on the path to creating something truly magical together.
