WHAT TO EXPECT 

Womens Embodiment practices are a doorway into an ancient wisdom of the body. Come along to explore, dance with and express your own unique version of Shakti.

This is an embodied practice day lovingly crafted and held with a view to honouring your feminine nature. Building upon the Faces of SHE evenings I offered throughout 2023, this Full Day Immersion is a deeper dive into Womens Embodiment while set in a lush natural setting.

Drawn largely from the teachings of the Wild Womans Way by my teacher Michaela, you will go home feeling more alive, radiant, nourished and magnetic as you deepen your ability to embody a range of shakti energies and flavours.

Over 8 connecting hours you will:

• Drop into a place of spacious self connection 
• Explore different ways of expressing yourself through various Shakti Archetypes (from your sensual self through to your erotic temptress)
• Be welcomed, witnessed and seen by other women in a space of sacred sisterhood
• Come back home to the innate wisdom of your body 
• Explore and discover yourself in new ways through intuitive movement
• Escape the monotony of life and allow your Shakti to rise
• Immerse in the magic that unfolds when women gather in this ancient sacred way
• Go home feeling more alive, pleasure filled and empowered as a Radiant Embodied Woman

VENUE & TIMINGS

Our venue is the beautiful Temple Retreat in Pullenvale, 30 mins from Brisbane. There is parking onsite and lunch is provided.

Doors will open at 10.15am

Lunch will be served around 1.30pm

We end around 5.30pm and will share some grounding snacks before you depart.

Relational Intimacy Facilitator & Embodiment Coach

For 25 years Bree has been deeply immersed in the fields of psychosomatics, trauma, mindset and human relationships. Her areas of expertise include embodiment, sacred relationship + Tantric intimacy. Bree draws on her training as a trauma informed Clinical Hypnotherapist alongside Tantric teachings of the Kashmiri lineage and is a certified Wild Womans Circle facilitator.

Bree has studied with many world class coaches & facilitators including her current teachers of Embodied women's work - Michaela Boehm & Gillian Pothier.
