Flavours of the Bush

Our knowledgeable tour guide will walk you through Gumbaynggirr coastal heath land to explore and learn about ancient traditional living from nature. This tour takes approximately 1 hour so lease bring along good walking shoes, a water bottle and hat/sunscreen. The walk is easy and suitable for all ages.

Afterwards relax on the peaceful shady veranda of the cafe to enjoy a bush tucker tasting platter consisting of:

• Damper/ olive oil w glaze/dukka

• crocodile swags (min spring roll) crocodile with lemon myrtle pepperberry

• Emu meatballs w sweet chilli/lemon myrtle dipping sauce

•   mini quiche with warrigal greens, sundried tomato and fetta

• native punch
