Flaxmere Park Litter Clean Up

Sustainable Hawkes Bay and Forest and Bird youth volunteers are joining forces to run community litter clean ups in our parks. Let’s stop rubbish going down our drains, into our waterways, and into the sea!

We are running a park clean up at Flaxmere Park on Sunday 20 October at 1pm. Join us beside the playground at Flaxmere Park. 

Bring a friend and help keep our parks clean and litter out of our wildlife tummies.

What to bring:

Suitable clothing and covered shoes

Water and a snack

Sunscreen and a hat

We will provide gloves and buckets.
