Fleur is a respected figure on the UK jazz scene, regularly collaborating with some of the country’s top musicians, including Art Themen, Gareth Williams, Pete Billington, Dave Newton, Denny Ilett, Brandon Allen, Steve Brown, Alec Dankworth, Sebastiaan de Krom, and Clark Tracey, to name just a few. She performs at many of the UK’s most prestigious venues, including the legendary Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, the 606 Club, and the Pizza Express Jazz Club in Soho.

Steamin' Jazz Club at the Steam and Whistle

Steamin’ is Cheltenham’s newest jazz club, hosted by a collaboration of experienced musicians from across the spectrum of jazz. It aims to offer monthly gigs, taking place at The Steam and Whistle, near Cheltenham Spa railway station.

The club is hosted at the Steam and Whistle, a beautiful Victorian pub opposite Cheltenham spa station (GL51 8NW). The pub has a purpose-built venue space that hosts a variety of music, comedy and creative arts, including Dom Joly’s monthly SpeakeaZy.

Food

The pub has quickly become known for its amazing food. Come early and enjoy the best pizza in town, and stay on for drinks after the gig.

Travel and parking

Situated close to Cheltenham spa railway station, the venue is well served by public transport. The nearest car park is at the station.

Return trains:

Cheltenham to Stroud run up to 10.15pm.

Cheltenham to Bristol Temple Meads run up to 11pm.
