FLINT Wellington: Exercise Strategic Thinking

“Be more strategic.”

Cool, cool, cool. I’ll get right onto that.

Everyone talks about strategic thinking.
But rarely do we explain to each other what we actually mean by it – or how to do it.

So FLINT Wellington is running an event to unpack it.
A bit of a show and tell.

Instead of a panel, four leaders will each host a table and run a short workshop-style chat on how they think strategically in their work.

You’ll rotate between the tables and see four different approaches to strategic thinking from people working in four different contexts.

At each table you’ll hear:

• what they consider to be strategic thinking

• a real example of their strategic thinking in practice

• how you could use one of their approaches in your own role
