Curious about what it's like to meal plan and prep for the week on a regular basis? Join me in my (virtual) kitchen and find out!

Surprise! It's not about sitting down, finding all the recipes for the week, making a grocery list, then spending hours at a time chained to the stove. 

As a certified Integrative Nutrition® health coach, professionally-trained chef, and—perhaps most importantly—the COO of a family of four, I have spent a lot of years planning and cooking homemade meals. And I've distilled all that information and experience into Fl!p Your K!tchen®—a cookbook, workbook, and series of cooking classes to support you in taking an important step on your health journey: learning how to meal plan and cook from scratch on a regular basis without spending your life in the kitchen.

In these monthly sessions, we spend 45 minutes on the third Friday of each month learning some kitchen, nutrition, meal planning, and cooking basics. You'll get access to the recipes in advance, so you can do your shopping and cook along with me if you'd like. Or just bring your lunch and tune in.

Will we make a week's worth of meals in one session? Heck, no! And you will learn a simple recipe and/or technique that you can practice and improvise on for the month—something that will help you always cook for more than one meal!

This month, we're focusing on another building block that will help you create myriad dishes, from salads to grilled foods and beyond.
