Dance Therapy is a fun, beginner-friendly group dance session designed to help you reset, lift your mood, and feel more energised for the rest of the week.
Held in a real nightclub space, this early-evening experience combines music, guided movement, and social connection in a welcoming inclusive environment.
Think of it as your weekly mental health reset, with pop music and great people.
No alcohol. No mirrors. No pressure to perform.
Just movement, confidence-building, and community.
Will I feel awkward coming alone?
Most participants attend solo, especially on their first visit. Within minutes, people usually feel more relaxed and part of the group. Many return weekly and form lasting connections.
What happens in class?
Each session is structured to help you feel comfortable, capable, and uplifted.

You do not need dance experience or fitness confidence. You can move at your own pace, pause when needed, and participate in a way that feels right for your body.
