🤩 Our esteemed headliner on the night: None other than Mike Shannon (Cynosure, RSPX - Berlin), is an electronic musician and DJ from Ontario, Canada whose career goes back to the early days of techno. His journey, beginning in the 1990s, showcases a deep commitment to exploring and expanding the boundaries of house and techno, noted for a lightning-fast mixing style, often on 3 turntables. His uniquely focused vision as a label curator led to the creation of two imprints, Cynosure and Haunt Recordings, both providing jazz infused electronic minimalism that have defined and exploded current dance music norms in equal measure. His work not only reflects a rich legacy in the electronic music scene but also continues to influence its future direction. Mike Shannon lives and works in Berlin.
