Float - NEW STUDIO, sound bath and hypno meditation in Silks

We are very excited to welcome you into a NEW studio and a NEW format to our well loved evenings.

We are going to float in the cocoons of aerial silks guided through Meditation and surrounded with a sound bath.

This small intimate class allows us to deliver individual experience to each one of our guests.

This special time is dedicated to taking yourself into a state of deep rest, observe yourself, and gain clarity. From this space, we can be true selves - calm, centered, grounded. Gentle tools of meditation, sound bath, yin stretch and finishing the night with a tea ceremony. Sending you home for a restful sleep and a reset that your body and mind needed.
