FLOAT + RESTORE - stretch, release, breath and floating relaxation
Description
Float + Restore is 75 minutes of slowing down, releasing tension and giving your body some space to simply let go.
We’ll begin with gentle breathwork before using trigger balls for slow, targeted release through areas where we commonly hold tension.
From there, we move into the aerial swings. With your body fully supported, we’ll settle into a guided floating meditation followed by quiet time to simply rest in the swing with music.

FAQs
- Do I need aerial yoga experience?
No. Float + Restore is designed to be accessible to people with no aerial experience. The swings are used for support and relaxation rather than aerial tricks or complicated poses.
- What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move easily. Please avoid zips, buckles or jewellery that could catch on the aerial fabric, and keep makeup minimal to help protect the swings.
And don't worry about dressing up. Once it’s time to float, the lights go down and no one is looking at you anyway. 😊
- What do I need to bring?
Just yourself. Aerial swings, trigger balls and other equipment are provided. You may like to bring a water bottle.
- Where is the studio?
Balanced Traveller Fitness is a small private home studio in Hollywell on the northern Gold Coast. Full address and arrival information will be provided to booked participants.
