Float + Restore is 75 minutes of slowing down, releasing tension, and letting go, fully supported in an aerial swing.

We’ll begin with gentle breathwork, then use trigger balls for slow, targeted release in areas where we commonly hold tension.

From there, we move into the aerial swings. With your body fully supported, we’ll settle into a guided floating meditation, then take quiet time to rest in the swing with music.
