This special event focuses entirely on deep, healing vibrations and supported rest. Rather than a guided aerial yoga flow, this session creates a gentle space to settle in and completely let go.

• Weightless Comfort: Floating cocooned in the fabric allows your nervous system to drop into a deep state of peace.

• Effortless Meditation: The calming sound of singing bowls slows down busy brainwaves to inspire deep relaxation.

• Total Support: This session is designed entirely around rest, relaxation, and gentle, intuitive comfort.
