In a world where rest is often thought of as something to be earned, at The Floating Mind and Yoga we believe rest is an essential part of your wellbeing.

Join us for a deeply restorative Floating Sound Bath on Land — an invitation to step away from the constant doing, slow down and give yourself permission to simply stop.

What to expect

You’ll settle onto your own comfortable floating-style mattress on land, with a blanket and eye mask provided. Once you’re comfortable, there is nothing you need to do.

Bec will guide you through a meditation focusing on water and then into stillness before immersing the room in the sounds and vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls and other sound instruments. The experience is designed to create a nurturing space where you can let go, be held and simply rest.

Unlike our pool Floating Sound Baths, this experience takes place entirely on land, while still creating that beautiful feeling of being supported and allowing the body to soften.

Please wear something comfortable that you can completely relax in. Your floating mattress, blanket and eye mask will be waiting for you.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the 6:00pm start time so you have time to settle in. The experience is for adults aged 18+. A client intake form and waiver will be emailed prior to the event and should be completed before attending.

Spaces are intentionally limited to maintain a calm, intimate environment.
