Friday the 13th — A Night to Surrender

A 60-Minute Floating Sound Journey on Land

Release. Breathe. Surrender.

What if Friday the 13th wasn't a night of bad luck, but an opportunity to let go, reset and welcome something new?

Join The Floating Mind and Yoga for a special Friday the 13th sound journey, where we invite you to surrender the weight of everyday life and reconnect with the beautiful simplicity of just being.

Inspired by the element of air — breath, freedom, movement and lightness — this intimate evening is designed to create space for deep rest, reflection and renewal.

An Evening of Release & Renewal

Throughout the evening, we'll explore gentle rituals of letting go, inviting you to reflect on what you may be holding onto that no longer serves you.

Perhaps it's stress, expectations, an old thought pattern or simply the busyness of life.

There is no pressure to share, change or achieve anything. Just an invitation to pause, breathe and give yourself permission to release.

We'll begin with gentle breathwork, guided meditation and a symbolic letting-go ritual before settling into a deeply restorative sound journey.

Float on Land — Surrounded by Sound

Imagine lying comfortably on a soft mattress, wrapped in a cosy blanket, your eyes gently covered as the outside world begins to fade away.

As you settle into stillness, the beautiful tones and vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments will move around you, creating an immersive sound experience.

Just as you would float effortlessly on water, this experience invites you to float on land — supported, comfortable and free from the need to do anything at all.

Allow the sounds to wash over you, your breath to find its natural rhythm and your mind to soften.

A moment where nothing is expected of you.

No effort. No expectations. Just space to be.

A Little Reminder

Rest is not something you need to earn.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is stop holding on so tightly and allow ourselves to simply be.

This Friday the 13th, we invite you to experience something different.

A night to surrender. A moment to release. A little more space to feel like you again.

Spaces are limited to preserve an intimate and nurturing experience.

We would love to welcome you.

Float. Breathe. Connect.
