IMPORTANT NOTE: We recommend arriving at 6:45pm as the gates will close at 7pm. Please show up ON TIME by 7pm so we don’t have interruptions to our connection and our process.

REGISTRATION - Please register for the event to have a smooth check-in. Exact address will be provided in your email. PLEASE KNOW I AM REQUIRING REGISTRATION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS, EVEN IF YOU HAVE ATTENDED BEFORE!

CONTRIBUTION-BASED EVENT - We are a community and it takes a community to make these events happen. Cost per person - Donation. We believe that everyone should have access to the healing arts and a solid, accepting community. That said, we do incur costs so please consider helping so we can continue to offer these events. Our practitioners do a lot to bring their instruments, set up, provide a lovely experience, and help clean up afterward. Please consider giving them a generous donation for their time and energy. Also, the Empower House Community Gathering Space always welcomes contributions of plants, soil, containers and other gardening supplies for the community garden and of course monetary donations are extremely appreciated. Hello there Friend!
My name is Kara Kelly and it is a privilege to be sharing space on earth with you at this time. If you’re if you are reading this, then we are probably destined to meet - and I very much look forward to that! My greatest passions are health, waking up (spiritual connection) and growing up (personal growth). In my experience, as long as I stay true to these core values, the rest comes in perfect timing. Finding others to walk the path with is very important to me - it's just way more fun and inspiring to share the journey!!
Perhaps I'll get to walk with you for a while too...
SOMA Breathwork, meditation, sound journeys and ecstatic dance have been an integral parts of my staying true to these values. Not only do these practices boost my health, they have also deepened my spiritual connection as well as helping me to accept Reality on Reality’s terms. Professionally, my time is spent serving others as a certified health and transformational coach, offering assisted stretching/ myofascial/emotional release sessions, personal fitness training, guiding SOMA Breathwork journeys and playing singing bowls for both individuals and groups.
Together these tools empower people to experience new levels health, well-being, wholeness.
How may I serve you?

PARTICIPATION: Any volunteers to help set up and clean up are appreciated! Additionally, if you would like to be part of the "garden team" to keep the grounds looking beautiful on a regular basis, please contact Water.

ENVIRONMENT: This is an outdoor space! The ground is uneven and there are wood chips. Wear good shoes. Dress for the weather. We will have cushions to sit on in the Portal of Consciousness (conversation pit). We have a fire pit and heater for the winter and in the hot summer months, there is an option to hear the talks in the pool if you would like to do that. Please bring a swimsuit and a towel. Please refrain from wearing oil-base sunscreen or other products prior to using the pool. We also do our best to mitigate mosquitos, but DIY natural based spray is available if needed.

GATHERING SPACE: We believe everyone should have access to a safe community where we can come together in a very conscious way to create the world we want. We host events at the Empowere House Community Gathering Space where all people are accepted and loved. We believe when people feel safe and supporthing, they will naturally practice kindness, feel better, increase their motivation and focus and have a reduction in anxiety, stress and depression.
