Floodland - film screening and discussion

Please join us for a special screening of the documentary film FLOODLAND, an intimate portrait of Lismore and its people as they grapple with their town's existential crisis from flooding events.

This is a story about the strength found in recovery and the ability for communities to pull together in the face of disaster.

The film will be followed by a short Q&A with Floodland Impact Producer, AJ Linke, and UTS's Professor Martin Bryant, a researcher with the Northern Rivers Living Lab, to discuss how researchers and creative practitioners can support communities facing the reality of a changed climate.

Light refreshments will be available from 6, and the event will begin at 6:30. Tickets are free but please register as numbers are limited.
