Floorwork Workshop

A two-hour floorwork intensive workshop for professional dancers and advanced movers. We'll dive into and explore my specific floorwork technique built over fifteen years of teaching and learning from a wide range of practices and disciplines.

The work is momentum based and moves smoothly in and out of the floor, utilising structure and coordination to increase efficiency and ease when executing complex floorwork phrases and exercises.

Join me for a fun, sweaty session to hone your skills and have a good dance.
