Floral Tea Picking, Tasting and Blending Workshop
Event description
The workshop will begin with an educational walk through the Elderflower Farm herb and flower tea growing beds. Enjoy sampling the aromas and flavours of the fresh herbs and flowers while learning about each plants properties.
After the walk, you’ll sit in the shade of the bottle tree and experience tasting the infused dried flowers and herbs while enjoying Elderflower Farm’s lemon balm and rose cookies.
Using the included tea notes booklet and our guidance, learn about which herbs and flowers compliment each other as a tea blend, then create your very own 25gm tea blend to take home and enjoy.
Includes: guided walk, fresh and dried tastings, tea notes info booklet, flower and herb cookies, 25gm tea blend jar and a starter pack of seedlings to begin your tea growing journey at home (suitable for pots or the garden).
