Following an inspirational rugby season for King’s College, we are delighted to welcome First XV Coach Ian Robinson and Head of Rugby Pita Alatini (Marsden, 1989-94) to share their journey to winning the Auckland 1A Competition at Eden Park.

In this insightful discussion, moderated by Richard Kidd (Peart, 1969-73), they will reflect not only on the team’s success but also on their broader vision: building a rugby programme that develops strong players as well as great young men. Their mission goes beyond the field—equipping players with lifelong skills in discipline, leadership, teamwork, and resilience, while fostering respect and integrity in all aspects of life.
