Event description

Indulge in a springtime escape at our Floriade High Tea. Enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience amidst the historic grandeur of our Members’ Dining Rooms, overlooking the iconic Parliament House.

Our Floriade High Tea is a celebration of spring, drawing inspiration from the beautiful Old Parliament House rose gardens that surround us.

After savouring delectable treats, take stroll through the famous rose gardens to bask in wisteria and roses in full bloom.

Vanilla blossom tarts

Wisteria and lavender pop meringue kisses

Poached chicken with country herbs ribbon sandwiches

Smoked salmon with cream cheese bagels

Fresh garden cucumber ribbon sandwiches

Mini homemade sausage rolls and quiches with tangy tomato chutney

Homemade buttermilk scones, whipped Crème Chantilly and raspberry jam
