Spring is upon us! The Earth, warmed by the sun's gentle kiss, stirs from its slumber awakening to a symphony of rebirth.

In this season of blossoming, nature itself becomes a canvas of transformation. Each flower that blooms, each leaf that unfurls sings a quiet hymn of rejuvenation. The air, filled with the sweet fragrance of fresh blossoms, carries infinite possibilities, inviting us to shed the weight of our past and step into the fullness of our being.

Ride the winds of change with us as we celebrate rebirth and new beginnings at Flourish: a gathering that combines the gentleness of Yin Yoga, the meditative art of Tea Ceremony and the restorative power of sound restoring inner balance and peace.

Planting The Seeds to our Growth: We will begin our journey with a yin flow led by Karen, Nin's own beloved Yoga Teacher trainer, yoga and meditation teacher. Designed to focus on deep fascia release and relaxation, holding each pose for longer periods releases tension, enhances flexibility and accesses our inner calm. Vanessa will be supporting this flow on the her enchanting melodies on the handpan to guide you deeper into somatic connection.

Watering Our Crop: Once we have grounded and arrived into presence, Vanessa will guide you into a mindful tea ceremony with specially brewed herbs and florals to enhance the meditative effects of the yoga. This component will honour traditional tea ceremony practices and be carried out in noble silence, allowing us to listen deeply to the callings of our heart and intuition. The art of sipping slowly in introspection, supported by a range of hand instruments, including handpan, chimes and crystal singing bowls will float you into a cloud of bliss.

Full Bloom: The final transition of our journey will culminate in an immersive sound experience. Featured front and centre will be an array of beautiful handpans which have the most captivating qualities due to its resonant and harmonious sound. Interwoven between the ethereal melodies will be the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other hand instruments.

Her meditative rhythms and captivating melodies create a sacred space for travellers to access their higher consciousness, reconnecting and realigning with their inner power and wisdom.
