FLOURISH WITHIN 🌺

A Six-Day Retreat in Practice

Tuesday 1 – Sunday 6 December 2026

Six days. One intentional practice each day.
A retreat woven into the life you're already living.

Before December becomes full — before the celebrations, commitments, endings, expectations and noise — we make space.

For six days, we gather in intentional practice at Flourish.

Yoga. Breath. Meditation. Movement. Voice. Mantra. Sound. Healing. Ritual.

And then we return to our ordinary lives.

You don't need to go away.
You don't need to take a week off work.
You don't need to escape your responsibilities.

Instead, we explore what happens when practice becomes the anchor around which everyday life moves.

The practice is where we gather.
The spaces in-between is where the retreat unfolds.

Throughout the six days, you'll be supported by a simple home altar, daily ritual invitations, reflection, our private WhatsApp retreat space and the energetic container of the group.

Come to work. Make dinner. Pick up the kids. Move through December.

But do it differently.

With space.
With awareness.
With practice.
With yourself.

A note on practice times:

Flourish Within is an intentional six-day retreat container, and we encourage you to attend as many practices in person as possible. Exact session times will be confirmed in the final retreat timetable. Selected practices will also be available online, allowing you to remain connected to the retreat when attending the studio isn't possible.

Come as fully as you can:

We invite you to make one intentional appointment with practice each day. Some days offer more than one opportunity to gather, rest is also participation. The retreat continues through your altar, daily invitations, WhatsApp connection and the way you carry your practice into the spaces between.

*7–8 DECEMBER — INTEGRATE
The formal gatherings are complete. We allow the space we've created to remain open.

*WEDNESDAY 9 — NEW MOON 🌙
One final transmission arrives.
Relight your candle. Return to your altar. Listen to what wants to emerge from the space you've made.
