Welcome to the second iteration of Flow & Feast - Nights. A community monthly gathering. An evening curated to practice yoga and sit at the table for a meal, connect and share stories. Maybe even make a new friend. We hope you leave with a full heart and full belly.

What to expect:

75 min of flow, yin, breath, meditation
A shared meal inspired by our recent travels to Morocco

Flow & Feast was born out of the idea of bringing together two things that we love - yoga + food! We've created this night for every body, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. The food is simple and delicious, we want it to feel like a meal with close friends. You can even bring your favourite bottle of wine with you!

This evening is a chance to unwind and connect with your fellow yogis off the mat. Bring your friends and your appetite.
