My two favourite things in the world, yoga & eating - of course!

Join me as we gather for an afternoon of connection, nourishing our minds and bodies through movement & food.

I find the older I get the most meaningful connections I make are through the things I love the most and as an adult finding your people can sometimes be a little challenging (and scary). So whether you're into yoga (or just the eating!), come and join us as we move, breathe and feast!

The offering:

An afternoon of meditation, breathing & gentle yoga flow, followed by pot-luck style eating.

All you need is:

- Yoga mat / towel
- Plate or snack to share (could be as simple as a punnet of strawberries!)
