Join us for a rejuvenating evening at Flow Yoga with NAWIC! Our Flow & Glow event will be held in the serene "Earth" Studio, designed to encourage a reset and reconnection.
Immerse yourself in a flowing sequence grounded in traditional sun salutations. This session balances strength and flexibility, making it perfect for all skill levels. With the temperature set to 24-26 degrees, let the warmth of the Earth Studio enhance your practice, promoting relaxation and wellbeing.

*Note - This is not hot yoga, "hot" yoga is performed at 36-38 degrees in the Fire studio.

WHAT TO WEAR
Comfort and fit are key, so you can relax and focus on the class. Wear something breathable and lightweight.

WHAT TO BRING 
Towels are optional, water bottle and yoga mat (you can use a studio yoga mat free of charge).

WHAT TO EAT / DO BEFOREHAND
Try to avoid eating anything heavy three hours beforehand, it’s best when you practice on an empty stomach. Arrive and remain hydrated.
