As we get excited to welcome KX Pilates to Westfield Southland, join us for our FREE in-centre Pilates event to give you a taste of what’s to come! With a New Year, New You focus, indulge in something that will benefit your mind, body and soul, and meet like-minded individuals who share the same appreciation for wellbeing and fitness. Improve posture, flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness and see what the world of Pilates has to offer.

If you are new to Pilates and looking to dip your toes in a fresh hobby, don’t fret - this class will be beginner-friendly!

The event will take place on level 1, near David Jones on Saturday 3 February across 2 session times.

• Session 1: 10.30am – 11am

• Session 2: 11.30am – 12pm
