Yoga Playgroup for Parents and Little Movers

Who is this for?
This yoga playgroup is designed for mums, dads, and other caregivers with babies who are crawling, toddling, or walking — perfect for those who have become too wriggly for traditional mums & bubs yoga classes! 😊 It is also a fun and inclusive space for toddlers and preschool-aged children to move, play, and explore. ✨

What to expect?

We’ll begin with a slow and gentle start as we settle into the space, followed by:

Welcome songs to help everyone feel at ease. 🎶
Yogasana-based movement (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) for grown-ups to stretch, move, and possibly even relax a little. 😄
Opportunities for children to join in the movement if they feel like it, making it an interactive experience for all. 🧘‍♀️👶
A little sprinkle of yoga philosophy to support your parenting journey. 📿📜
A story to nourish the imagination and bring a calm end to our session. 📚✨
A goodbye song to close the session, followed by herbal tea for a soothing finish and the chance to connect with other parents and caregivers. 🫖

This is a wonderful opportunity for parents to nourish themselves while sharing meaningful moments with their little ones. You'll leave feeling refreshed, energised and connected! 🌿💧✨

Come as you are - no previous yoga experience required 💖💙💚💛💜🧡
