Led by Lisa, a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and practicing nurse, this experience begins with a 45-minute gentle yoga flow designed to help you reconnect with your breath, body, and inner calm. With over a decade of yoga practice and a deep understanding of its healing potential, Lisa brings a grounded and compassionate approach to the mat.

After movement, we’ll slow down even further. Sip on soothing tea and ease into a plant potting session led by Shannon from Nodest Home Plants. You’ll create and take home your own potted plant—a living reminder of the peace you cultivated.
