This is a one-hour yoga class, combining breathwork, movement in slow flow, yin and restorative yoga and trauma-informed practices. It is suitable for beginners and more advanced practitioners.

The intention of this class is to achieve a balanced practice that energises then transitions to ground, relax and restore the mind and body.

Please arrive at least fifteen minutes at Studio 2 (second room further into the space to the right of the lounge) prior to the start of the class to set up equipment and complete a form detailing physical and/or psychological conditions that may affect your participation in the class.
