For 30 years, Brainwave Australia has supported families across the country to ride the wave of childhood brain conditions. Working closely with all the children’s hospitals nationwide, we offer holistic support from the point of diagnosis onwards - providing information and referrals to support services, funding essential therapy and equipment to facilitate hospital discharge and ongoing care, and connecting families with peer support networks.

Through our events and community programs, Brainwave Australia creates opportunities for families to connect, feel supported and experience joy together. From inclusive family days and kids’ activities to parent connection events and camps, our events are designed to reduce isolation, build peer support networks and give families facing childhood brain conditions the chance to make positive memories in a safe, welcoming environment.
