Since May 2023, I've had the honor of guiding students at UNSW on their yoga journey, and the response has been incredible. More students are discovering the life-changing benefits of yoga—helping them balance studies, work, and their well-being. With Dharma Yoga Flow now offered three times a week, yoga has become a key part of our wellness routine and see the massive beneficies contributing to our better health and mindfulness.

As a Venezuelan-Australian yoga instructor trained with an RYS500 certification and a graduate of the Dharma Yoga Teacher Training in New York, I bring years of experience and passion to every class. My focus combines Pranayama, meditation, asanas, and neuroplasticity to help you improve both physical flexibility and mental clarity. Whether you’re a beginner or intermediate yogi, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are and take you deeper.
